Took some days off of posting, but definitely want to chime in on this, even if late: there’ll be a fundraiser for Stephanie Skaggs tomorrow at Frank’s First Alarm. The funds will go to pay for funeral expenses for the deceased, profiled in one of our recent summer docs, as well as generating some cash for the young lady’s daughter, Erica. Frank’s is located in the Ivory Trinagle, part of the greater Carondelet/Patch neighborhoods of South City. The event runs most of the day and I’ll try to be by in the 4 p.m. range, with donation in hand.
